NIA Announces Rs 10 Lakh Bounty on Anmol Bishnoi

Delhi News Live: On Friday, the NIA issued a ₹10 lakh reward for information leading to the detention of Anmol Bishnoi. He is also the brother of Lawrence Bishnoi, a gangster accused of living in Canada right now.

This move is part of the NIA's overall plan to combat organised crime and its associated operations.

Anmol is named in two NIA cases from 2022 and is also wanted for his alleged involvement in a shooting outside Bollywood star Salman Khan's home, an act for which the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility.

He is associated with various criminal endeavours and is viewed as a significant player in organised crime. Furthermore, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang asserted responsibility for the murder of Baba Siddique shortly after his assassination in Bandra East on October 12, with Anmol Bishnoi believed to be the mastermind behind the plot.
